Your document, cover page, and message are permanently deleted from Harbor's servers the moment delivery is confirmed, and the destination number is cleared from our records. For billing and support, our payment processor (Stripe) keeps the last 4 digits of the number, and our fax carrier (Telnyx) keeps a transmission record with the destination number, page count, and status.

$2.99 per fax for up to 10 pages. Need to send more? Add the extra pages option (+$1.99) to send up to 30 pages, and the more pages option (+$0.59) to send up to 60 pages. An optional unbranded cover page is available for an additional $0.99.
PDF, JPG, PNG, and DOCX are all supported. Up to 10 pages per fax, or up to 30 or 60 pages with the extra pages options. Maximum 20MB per file.
Yes. It works from any phone or computer — no app download required. You can also install it as a web app from your browser for quick home screen access.
No. Harbor Fax is send-only. It does not provide a fax number for receiving faxes.
Yes. Upload your document in a web browser, enter the recipient's fax number, and pay by card. Harbor Fax delivers it over the phone network for you, so you need no fax machine, phone line or app.
Harbor Fax retries automatically up to two more times. If the fax still cannot be delivered, your payment is refunded and you get an email explaining what happened.
Yes. Harbor Privacy Fax is regularly used for medical record requests, insurance forms, legal filings, and other sensitive documents. No account means nothing to link back to you, and your document is gone the moment it arrives.
